Returns

We gladly offer free repairs for any manufacturing defects reported within 30 days of delivery.

• Returns based on personal preferences (e.g., change of mind or style) are not accepted.

• Issues reported after 30 days may be eligible for paid repairs.

Cancellations

• Orders cancelled within 24 hours are eligible for a full refund, minus a 1% processing fee.

• Cancellations requested after 24 hours will incur a $12 processing fee plus a 1% transaction charge.
